Intensity is an important part of basketball training. It’s not about the amount of time you spend in the gym, it’s about how you spend it. When you workout, you need to turn the intensity up. If you think you have mastered a drill or a skill…find a way to make it more difficult. Can you do it with two balls? How about adding a defender? Can you go harder? Can you go faster? When you do ball handling drills, do you go hard enough that you make mistakes? Turn the intensity up, and you will see the results.
