Send us a video of your shot and we will provide you with a detailed, comprehensive break-down of your mechanics. We will also provide drills and other tricks to help you refine and improve your shot.
Details: Using a camcorder or digital camera, film player’s feet, hands, shot, follow through, and landing, with the players whole body in the frame (if you are able to see the flight off the ball in the frame that is ok, but do not move the camera away from the player to film the flight of the ball).
Film from each of the following vantage points: from behind the player, from under the basket, from left side, from right side.
1. Jump shot from the foul line 2. Jump shot off-the-dribble from the foul line 3. Jump shot off –the-catch from the foul line So…1 = jumper from foul line filmed from behind, 2=jumper from foul line filmed from under hoop, 3= jumper from foul line filmed from left side, 4=jumper from foul line filmed from right side, 5=jumper off-the-dribble from the foul line filmed from behind, 6=jumper off-the-dribble from foul line filmed from under hoop, etc… This is a total of 12 shots. However, you may also include shots from the right side and left side of the court in addition to those from the foul line. Be sure to not let the camera run between shots. If you do let it run, be sure to self-edit the videos so they only include the shots themselves.
(discounted rates available for teams/multiple players…we will also analyze ball handling, passing, footwork, post moves, and more. Contact us for more details) (Prior to your submission we will give you instructions on how to send us video files)
